3D Touch Probe
Introduction:
Its shell is made of fine frosted black + silver oxide aluminum alloy, flat anti-roll design, the measuring needle is processed by the upper and lower stainless steel machine, and the ball head is made of wear-resistant tungsten steel ball.
The probe uses internal circulation conduction to detect work, so it can be used for non-conductive, insulating workpiece detection

2. How to distinguish three wires?
The red line is VCC, the black line is GND and the white line is IO.
3. Why do I measure concentricity differently every time I install it?
Because your ER chuck can't guarantee 100% alignment. When you install the probe each time, even if the concentricity is adjusted to 0.01mm, remove the probe and then install, the results will still be biased. So you'd better buy a chuck with a precision of AAA and above (concentricity ≤0.005mm).
