High Power Servo Motor
Features:
- Ultra-stability: use rare earth permanent magnet materials with high performance and high magnetic energy product.
- Long life, low noise: the motor casing is designed with air grooves, which increases the heat dissipation area and prolongs the life of the motor.
- High precision and high response: the motor adopts a highresolution encoder, so that the motor precision can reach more than 0.036°, which meets the requirements of high-precision control. and can support 17bit /23bit (131,072 lines / 8388,608 lines) absolute encoder to improve positioning accuracy and low-speed running accuracy. (As shown in Figure 1 on the right)
- Super stability: the motor uses high-performance, high magnetic energy product rare earth permanent magnet material, and high temperature resistance, to ensure the stable operation of the motor;
- High precision: Due to the use of double closed-loop control of flow and pressure, the motor speed and torque can be quickly adjusted, so as to achieve continuous and accurate control of the flow and pressure output of the oil pump, which greatly improves the repeatability of the die casting machine.
- High efficiency: The instantaneous overload capacity of the motor and the oil pump can be used to improve the dynamic response performance of the system, so as to compress the air cycle time, energy storage time, and rapid pressure rise.
- Energy saving: Hydraulic power can be provided according to the requirements of the production process, and the energy saving effect is obvious, and the power saving rate can reach 20%-30%
