Ball nuts are divided into single nuts and double nuts, and their installation dimensions are exactly the same except the length, but the load capacity of double nuts is more than twice that of single nuts. This DFU Ball Screw is a double nut, which is suitable for machinery requiring high rigidity and precise positioning under medium or heavy load. A considerable number of rolling bodies (steel balls) are placed between the ball screw and the rolling raceway of the ball nut as intermediate transmission bodies, and the sliding contact is transformed into rolling contact by the relative movement between the screw and the nut.
