1. Operating Principle

The fundamental principle of the SFU ball screw lies in rolling friction transmission. Built-in circulating balls are placed between the spiral groove of the screw shaft and the raceway of the nut. When the screw rotates, the balls roll along the groove and drive the nut to perform linear motion; conversely, the nut can also drive the screw to rotate. This design replaces traditional sliding friction with rolling friction, significantly reducing transmission resistance while achieving precise displacement control through the spiral structure of the thread. The internal circulation design of the nut saves installation space and ensures stable ball circulation during high-speed operation.

- Light Load (<5kN): Select small lead models such as SFU1605 and SFU2005;

- Medium Load (5~20kN): Select conventional models such as SFU2510 and SFU3210;
