This SFE Ball Screw is not only a screw transmission element, but also a mutual conversion element between linear motion and rotary motion. Features

1. Zero backlash design: There is no backlash between the ball and the thread of this SFE Ball Screw, and the ball is completely attached to the thread without any gap. This design can improve the accuracy and rigidity of the ball screw and improve the efficiency of torque transmission.

2. Flexible size: its size is optional, and the range of screw diameter and pitch is from 16mm to 50mm, so that it can meet the requirements of different application scenarios.

3. Stable installation: Compared with the traditional sliding pair, it uses the groove between the steel ball rolling screw and nut to move forward, thus eliminating the energy loss and heat caused by sliding friction. This design can not only improve the mechanical transmission efficiency, but also prolong the service life and stability.

4. Special structure: the end cover, reset hole and external circulation structure are adopted in the design, which can guide the tail end of the nut to the reset hole of the nut body, thus realizing internal circulation. The outer circulation uses the end cover on the screw to guide the steel ball to the front of the nut, thus realizing the outer circulation. This design can effectively eliminate the problems of looseness and brittle crack caused by dynamic load and inertia force, and improve the smoothness and stability of transmission.
