I. Product Introduction

The SCT1 speed controller is a stepper motor speed regulator, applicable to small and medium-sized automated equipment such as logistics, textile and winding machinery. It operates on DC 24V–70V power supply and matches stepper motors with 42–86 flanges. Equipped with a 4-digit digital tube and adjustment knob, it allows speed and torque regulation. It supports forward / reverse and start-stop control via panel buttons or IO signals, features overvoltage and undervoltage protection, and delivers low vibration and low noise operation.

II. Product Description & Features

1. Working Principle

Adopting a new-generation 32-bit DSP main control chip, it receives control signals from panel toggle switches or external IO ports and outputs driving current to operate 2-phase open-loop stepper motors. Users can adjust output current level and speed values via the knob to modify motor torque and rotational speed. A built-in voltage detection circuit monitors power input in real time and triggers alarm protection upon abnormalities. The MINI USB debugging port enables users to rewrite underlying parameters including maximum current, top speed and motor model via upper computer software, realizing precise open-loop regulation of speed and torque.
