Motor shielded cable is a transmission line that uses a metal mesh braid to wrap the signal line. It uses aluminum foil and tinned copper braided mesh, so it has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. This kind of braided mesh can guide external interference signals to the ground to protect the signals inside the cable from external interference and prevent the wires from radiating electromagnetic energy outwards. Based on the above functions, this cable can achieve less transmission signal loss, allowing for more precise operation. It can be used in handheld devices, machine tools, woodworking machinery, engraving machines and other coordinate machinery, robotic arms, manipulator guide rails, mechanical linkage circulation device reciprocators, elevators and other reciprocating mechanism cycle drag devices. This cable can still work normally within the temperature range of -30℃ - 105℃.

Structure

The shielding layer is generally conductive cloth, braided copper mesh or copper (aluminum) platinum.

1. Ordinary: insulation layer + shielding layer + wire.

2. Advanced: insulation layer + shielding layer + signal wire + shielding layer ground wire.
