The motor seat is one of the important parts in the driving link of the CNC machine tool. It is used in large quantities and belongs to the small box type parts. Therefore, the manufacturing accuracy of this part is very high. The hole tolerance at the installation bearing is H7. The verticality of the motor installation surface is required to be no more than 0.01, the tolerance of the motor mouth is h7, the coaxiality of the motor shaft center line to the center line of the bearing seat is required to be no more than 0.02, and the runout of the motor center line of the motor installation face is required to be no more than 0.01.

2. High precision: The mounting part of the ball screw and the motor is integrated, and this structure can effectively reduce the error between the two axes.

3. High positioning accuracy: the inside of the connecting piece is equipped with a special support seat for the ball screw (including diametric angular contact matching bearings), which effectively controls the axial swing of the screw.

4. High rigidity: The connecting piece is made of high-quality medium carbon steel, with strong impact resistance and durability.

5. Machining accuracy: the deviation of concentricity is plus or minus 0.01, and the verticality of the end face is 0.01. The nut moves axially along the lead screw to drive the worktable. This transmission method is generally used in long-screw machine tools to prevent the lead screw from vibrating and deforming due to insufficient rigidity.
