I.Product Overview

GDF716Z7.5 is an air-cooled grease-lubricated high-speed dedicated Saw Blade Spindle. Adopting air cooling heat dissipation and bearing grease lubrication, it requires low maintenance. With 7.5kW high power, rated speed of 6000r/min and frequency of 100Hz, it supports dual voltage of 220V/380V to match different power supply conditions. The whole machine features stable durability and compact structure for easy equipment integration.

It supports forward and reverse rotation, adopts T-slot mounting and excellent dynamic balance performance for simple installation and stable operation. Matched with saw blade cutting mechanisms for wood and profile cutting processing, this spindle must be used together with a matched frequency converter.

II.Product Introduction & Features

(1) Working Principle

The saw blade spindle is a variable-frequency high-speed motor spindle produced by Lishui City Hengli Automation Technology Co.,LTD. Driven by variable-frequency power supply of 100Hz output from a frequency converter, it converts electric energy into rotary mechanical energy. The output end of the spindle clamps saw blades, and the high-speed rotation of the motor spindle drives saw blades to finish cutting.

Bearings are lubricated with grease, and the shell dissipates heat via air cooling. The whole spindle undergoes dynamic balance calibration with full key structure to guarantee stable rotation at high speed, and both forward and reverse rotation modes are available.

(3) Specification & Model Selection

This spindle is suitable for medium and heavy-load sawing conditions and must be driven by a frequency converter of corresponding power. Choose delta connection for 220V on-site power supply and star connection for 380V. The whole spindle weighs 31kg, so equipment frame bearing capacity must be considered during frame design. It is designed for continuous operation at 6000r/min and shall not run at overspeed.

It shall be driven by a frequency converter of matched specifications. National standard T-nuts are used for spindle fixing. Saw blades with matching sizes can be installed. Wiring can adopt star or delta connection according to local power supply, with power cables configured as required.
