It utilizes high-quality grease-lubricated bearings to ensure high rotational precision (0.005mm). With a compact design for easy integration into 5-axis equipment, it supports an S6 60% continuous duty cycle. Key features include water-cooling, pneumatic ATC, and air curtain protection. This 12KW high-power spindle offers a wide speed range and dual voltage options ( 220V / 380V ). It comes with multiple sets of air/water interfaces for independent cooling, sealing, and tool release.

(1) Working Principle

Driven by a built-in 4-pole high-speed motor, this 5 axis spindle eliminates the need for gear or belt transmissions. The circulating water-cooling circuit efficiently dissipates heat from the motor and bearings. The pneumatic mechanism handles automatic tool loading and unloading, while the end-face air curtain seal prevents dust and coolant from entering the bearings, ensuring high-precision machining at high speeds.
