Built in DC fan provides effective cooling, together with precise tool - change detection sensors for stable performance and easy maintenance. Widely applied in woodworking engraving, metal cutting and precision milling centers. It realizes pneumatic automatic tool change with tool clamp & unclamp detection sensors and integrated PTC over-temperature protection to feed real-time operating status to the control system. Compatible with automatic tool magazines for tool switching without manual intervention, supporting both rough cutting and high precision finishing.
II.Product Description & Features
(1)Working Principle
Compressed air serves as power source. Air cylinder mechanisms drive the built-in tool gripper and pull-rod assembly to clamp or release cutting tools. PNP position sensors collect signals for tool unclamp and clamp status. Receiving commands from CNC system, the spindle completes the full cycle: unclamp → tool change → clamp, switching cutters automatically to enable multi-process continuous machining.
