Driven by servo, hydraulic or electric power, and in conjunction with a three-tooth disc indexing and positioning structure, it receives instructions from the CNC system and accurately completes the rotation of the turret, tool positioning and locking, thereby achieving automatic tool switching for multi-process machining.

Tool holder selection and usage instructions:
• When selecting a tool holder, confirm various parameters and choose the number of workstations based on the number and complexity of the part's machining processes ;
• Select the tool specifications according to the machine tool model and cutting force, and select either a front or rear tool post according to the cutting direction of the machine tool;
• After installing the horizontal tool post boring bar, bore the inner hole according to the size of the boring bar and mark it accordingly. When disassembling and reinstalling later, it will remain in the same tool position.
• The distance by which the cutting tool extends beyond the upper tool body (tool disc) should generally not exceed 2/3 of the upper tool body (tool disc) dimension;
• When the knife holder is rotating, it is strictly forbidden to touch or bump it with your hands or other objects to avoid the knife cutting your body or damaging other items ;
