1. Operating Principle

The core of the desktop vacuum forming machine realizes molding through two steps: "heating to soften - pressure shaping". First, it uses infrared or ceramic heaters to heat plastic sheets to a soft, moldable state. Then, through negative pressure adsorption (vacuum pumping) or blow-suction integrated technology (positive pressure to uniformly bulge the material first, then negative pressure to fit), the sheet closely adheres to the mold surface under pressure and solidifies into the shape of the mold after cooling. The key lies in precise temperature control and pressure balance to ensure uniform deformation of the sheet without damage.
