1.What is a roller guide?
Linear roller guide is a combination of plane guide and linear roller guide. The roller is installed on the guide rail, and the roller is used instead of the steel ball to carry the machine tool.
The final unit design is used between the slide block and the guide rail, so that the guide rail can withstand the load in all directions, such as up and down, left and right, and is specially designed to meet the needs of ultra-rigid and overweight loads.

2. Characteristics of roller guide:
Rolling element: the slider of the roller guide uses the roller type roller as the contact carrier, so that the guide rail and the slider form line contact.
Bearing capacity: Roller rails have ultra-high load characteristics and are suitable for heavy machinery with large loads.
Rigidity: Due to its special roller carrier design, the whole can only produce small elastic deformation even at high loads, which can better ensure positioning accuracy.
3. Compared with ball guide rails
The ball linear guide uses a smaller ball as a medium, the contact area of the ball is smaller, the friction is smaller, and the rolling is relatively smooth, especially in the high-speed movement, the performance is more prominent, and it is more suitable for high-speed movement and high-precision load applications.
In contrast, the roller guide is more suitable for high load and high rigidity, low speed occasions.
4.Application field
Roller guide is mainly used in machine tools, precision grinding machines, laser cutting machines, automation equipment, heavy cutting machines, port cranes, mine elevators, metallurgical machinery and other equipment. These devices basically have high requirements for the accuracy, bearing capacity and stability of the guide rail.
