Compared with the maintenance of linear guide rail, the installation of linear guide rail is relatively simple. Before installation, remove the machining burrs and dirt on the mounting surface of the bed table, place the linear slide rail on the bed table horizontally, and make the datum plane of the rail stick to the lateral mounting surface of the bed table; Lock the mounting bolts, but not completely, and make the track datum plane as close to the lateral mounting surface of the bed as possible; Lock the track positioning bolts in order to make the track closely fit with the lateral mounting surface of the bed table.
