1. Operating Principle

The High Precision Planetary Gearbox operates on the core principle of "sun gear drive + planetary gear revolution and rotation". Power from the motor is transmitted to multiple planetary gears via the sun gear; the planetary gears mesh with the inner gear ring to rotate while driving the planetary carrier for power output. Helical gear meshing optimizes force transmission, achieving precise speed reduction and torque amplification.

High Precision & Low Backlash: 45° helical gear design with multi-tooth meshing increases contact area by 35%, backlash ≤3 arcmin (high-precision type ≤1 arcmin), ensuring stable precision during long-term operation.

High Efficiency & Low Noise: Transmission efficiency up to 92%-97%, dual-support planetary carrier reduces friction, operating noise ≤60dB, and low vibration under heavy load.

Durable & Maintenance-Free: 20CrMnTi alloy gears with carburizing and quenching treatment, integrated planetary carrier for strong impact resistance, maintenance-free service life over 10,000 hours.

Strong Compatibility: Customizable by Lishui Hengli Automation Technology Co., Ltd. for special requirements (single-stage, two-stage, keyway, input/output shaft, etc.), compatible with international and domestic mainstream motor models.
