Portable Water Tank With Sprayer with a basic capacity of 3L/0.8 gallon and equipped with a 4mm quick-connect water pipe, it allows tool-free and easy plug-and-play installation for flexible arrangement. The uniform atomization ensures high coolant utilization and reduces consumable waste. Made of corrosion-resistant materials, it is suitable for harsh industrial processing environments with excellent durability. This water tank is compatible with various lathes, drilling and milling machines, CNC engravers, and works with cutting fluid, emulsion and other coolants. II.Product Introduction & Features

1. Working Principle

Lathe spray water tank adopting gas-liquid two-phase fluid atomization technology, it mixes a small amount of coolant into pressurized air to form mist spray. Compressed air is adjusted to 0.32-0.35MPa via a pressure regulating valve, then fully atomized with coolant in the mixing chamber, and accurately sprayed to the cutting area through the nozzle. The coolant pressure is slightly higher than the air pressure to ensure stable atomization. The tiny atomized droplets evaporate quickly when contacting the high-temperature tool surface, rapidly dissipating heat through the latent heat of vaporization effect, while forming a lubricating film to reduce friction.
