The 980M is a high-performance CNC system tailored for milling machines, machining centers, and drilling-milling machines.

Equipped with powerful programming and motion control capabilities, it is applicable to various industrial scenarios such as mold processing, precision part manufacturing, and polyhedral machining. The system supports 6-axis linkage with a control precision of 0.1μm, and offers rich machining functions including linear/arc interpolation, helical interpolation, rigid tapping, and high-speed deep-hole drilling. It has 23 built-in compound cycle commands and supports program transmission via USB or RS232. Paired with an 8-inch display, it enables multilingual operation and real-time monitoring of machining trajectories, meeting the requirements of complex processes.

It balances precision and efficiency with μm-level control precision and a 240m/min rapid traverse speed. The 40M storage space can store up to 10,000 programs, satisfying batch machining needs. The programming guide lowers the operation threshold, allowing users to get started quickly without professional knowledge, and its stability has been verified by long-term market use.

It can be matched with various 3-axis/4-axis milling machines, vertical/horizontal machining centers, and drilling-tapping centers. It is compatible with GS series AC servo drives, supporting 0.5-30kW permanent magnet synchronous servo motors and 1.5-45kW asynchronous spindle servo motors. It works with incremental encoders and grating scale feedback, adapts to multiple power grid specifications such as 220V and 380V, and supports external handheld units, servo drives, spindle motors, etc., to achieve integrated control and efficient collaboration.
